Makes 1 jug, serves 4- 6

 

Ingredients

80ml Kahlúa

160ml Mahiki (coconut liqueur)

80ml Bacardi (151 proof rum)

360ml pineapple juice

Juice of 3 limes

Garnish

2 egg whites, beaten

75g caster sugar

Maraschino cherries

Pineapple wedges

Cocktail umbrellas

Method

Place all ingredients into a large jug and mix well. For the glasses, dip the rim of the glasses into the beaten egg and then into the caster sugar. Fill with ice and then top up with the Bahama Mama. Garnish the glasses with a wedge of pineapple and some maraschino cherries threaded onto the cocktail umbrella. riddle_stop 2
