New whisky brand R&B Distillers have launched two distinct and characterful new whiskies, and, with the help of cocktail experts Cocktail Trading Company, have created two playful cocktails perfect for toasting the birthday of national writer Robert Burns on 25th January 2016. Here is the Red one.
Spicy Red Head
Ingredients
50ml R&B Borders Whisky
75ml spicy ginger beer
Squeeze of lime
25ml red wine float
Serve long in a tumbler
Method
Garnish with big sprig of mint and a deep fried bread crumb coated mini bars bar as well as a good dusting of icing sugar.
