Cucumber Gin Mint Fizz
Ingredients
50ml T.E.A. Jasmine Gin
5ml fresh lime juice
5ml Gomme Sugar Syrup
10ml Nolly Pratt
4x 5mm thick slices of cucumber
8 fresh mint leaves
Method
Muddle cucumber and mint in shaker
Add all ingredients
Shake over ice
Double strain into long glass over ice
