The Union Jack scarf, a conversation piece, is knitted from merino and angora yarns exclusively for us in Scotland. For our foreign guests, the red cross in the middle is St. George’s cross (the English flag), the dark blue comes from the St. Andrew’s cross (the flag of Scotland) and the diagonal red cross comes from the cross of St. Patrick (patron Saint of Ireland).
Great care and attention was taken to ensure the same pattern appears on both sides, not an easy task.
Also available in stealth grey and a subtle blue.
